Engineer with a Master's in Construction Management (UPC, Peru) and international specialisation in BIM Management (FPC-UPC Barcelona) and Lean Construction (Instituto Lean Management, Barcelona).
He specialises in process optimisation and continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing.
He designs and implements applications that accelerate that methodology via multi-agent systems, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), skills or tools, feedback loops, and cybersecurity in agent development and orchestration.
His edge is the convergence of strategic management and field engineering: he does not only manage assets; he understands their mechanical and physical operation, with parametric design in SolidWorks and concurrent and asynchronous automation in Python, Go and .NET.
